We are currently seeking dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Light Duty Tow Truck Operators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to dispatch calls promptly and safely
Perform light duty towing (cars, SUVs, small trucks), recoveries, and winch-outs
Provide roadside assistance services including boosts, lockouts, and tire changes
Complete accurate paperwork and digital documentation
Conduct daily inspections and report maintenance needs for assigned truck
Maintain a clean and professional vehicle
Provide courteous, professional service to customers at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Clean 5-Year Commercial Driver’s Abstract (no distracted driving infractions)
Minimum 2 years of driving experience
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Robust knowledge of Edmonton and surrounding areas
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable personal transportation
Towing experience is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with a solid work ethic and positive attitude.
