BUSY At Work seeks a dedicated Mentor to provide pre-employment support and improve work-readiness for customers under the Workforce Australia GEN Contract. You will assess barriers, direct clients toward appropriate employment or education, and assist with job search, interview coaching, budgeting, and resume prep.
The role is based at Kirwan Office, full time, fixed term to June 2027 with potential extension, working 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
