We're looking for an organised, proactive Demi Chef de Partie to join our busy Central Kitchen team, preparing fresh grab-and-go products and café favourites to supply multiple cafés across our operation.
This role suits a chef who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of their section, and planning ahead. From handcrafted sandwiches and wraps to batch-cooked fillings and supporting pastry production, every day brings variety.
What You'll Do Prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, rolls, salads, savoury items, and other grab-and-go products.
Batch-cook fillings and components, including roasted meats, chicken, eggs, bacon, sausage, vegetarian options, sauces, and spreads.
Plan daily production to ensure cafés are stocked with the right products at the right time.
Work with café teams to monitor stock, respond to demand, and balance product availability across locations.
Follow recipes and production schedules to maintain consistent quality and presentation.




Support bakery and pastry preparation as needed.
Label, organise, and prepare products for café distribution.
Manage inventory, rotate stock, minimise waste, and maintain an productive, organised kitchen.
What We're Looking For Experience in a commercial kitchen, café, hotel, catering, or high-volume food preparation environment.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and anticipate demand.
Confidence working independently while contributing to a team.
Batch cooking, café production, or high-volume food preparation experience is an asset.
A passion for fresh, high-quality food and attention to detail.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
