This position reports to the AVP, Head of Portfolio Data & Analytics. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product teams, and Treasury to optimize deposit products and support business growth initiatives. Your solid background in business analysis, strategic consulting, and banking will be essential to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop frameworks for assessing deposit portfolio performance
• Conduct strategic analyses for deposit growth initiatives
• Create executive-level presentations from complex data
• Monitor macroeconomic and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate on performance dashboards and reporting tools
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Economics, or Mathematics
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong Excel or PowerBI skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen
