Provide direct patient-oriented nursing care
Conduct clinical assessments and maintain care documentation
Implement and evaluate care/service plans
Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences
Collaborate with the Director of Care for resident transitions Requirements:
Practical Nurse Diploma with active registration
3+ years of experience in seniors’ health
Current CPR certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
