We are seeking a motivated Laser Table Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines.
Responsibilities
Set up CNC laser cutting machines by adjusting parameters for best cut quality
Operate laser tables efficiently, monitoring cutting processes for accuracy and quality throughout production runs
Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment, including calibration, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Conduct cutting quality inspections
Unload and debur part as required
Qualifications
Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and software is highly desirable
Knowledge of welding, plasma cutting, press brake operations,
and hand tools is a plus
Ability to use precision measurement tools including calipers and gauges for quality inspection
Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements
Experience with crane or forklift operation is advantageous for handling heavy materials safely
Effective communication skills with a focus on safety procedures and teamwork in a manufacturing setting
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
