We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Massage Therapy Demonstrator to join our dedicated faculty. The successful candidate will play a role in delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our Massage Therapy program. This role requires commitment to student success, academic excellence and industry-relevant teaching practices. Duties
Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in accordance with the Massage Therapy program curriculum
Support and guide students in practical learning
Provide hands on supervision in the lab/clinic setting
Promote a protected, respectful and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution
Registered Massage Therapist in positive standing with the College of Massage Therapists in NL
Must be a member of the CMTNL and the NLMTA
Three years combined education and work experience in the Massage Therapy field
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for adult education and student mentorship
