This position requires expertise in Transport Canada regulations, with responsibilities that include maintaining the Flight Attendant Manual and conducting compliance audits. Interpret Transport Canada regulations for cabin crew operations
Maintain and update the Flight Attendant Manual
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with Training and Safety teams
Monitor operational procedure changes and facilitate training updates Requirements:
3–5 years of aviation or compliance experience
Minimum 2 years of cabin crew experience
Solid knowledge of CARs and IOSA standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
