We are seeking a motivated and experienced Labourer/Supervisor to join team. This role combines hands-on labour with supervisory responsibilities. As a leader in office, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks among team members, and ensure adherence safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of labourers in office, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
Assist with physical labour tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and clean-up as needed
Requirements
Supervising experience in a yard environment
Forklift experience
Good English and French is an advantage as a lot of our workers speak it fluently.
Solid communication skills for effective team leadership and coordination
