We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction, excavation, and material handling projects. Your expertise will ensure safe, effective, and precise operation of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and forklifts.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and forklifts to perform site preparation, grading, excavation, and material movement.
Conduct pre-operation inspections on machinery to ensure safety and proper functioning before each use.
Load and unload freight and materials with precision using appropriate equipment.
Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs on heavy machinery to keep equipment in optimal condition.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working workplace for yourself and colleagues.
Coordinate with project managers and team members to execute tasks efficiently according to project timelines.
Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Skills
Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or similar equipment.
Valid forklift certification and experience with freight handling are highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate vehicles safely on job sites.
Basic automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues quickly.
Excellent attention to detail for performing safety inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for prolonged operation of heavy equipment in various weather conditions.

Pay: $27.49-$40.77 per hour
