Duties
Assist in meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating food supplies
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service industry is preferred
Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
