Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle hiring and onboarding process
Maintain accurate personnel files and records
Support payroll and timekeeping accuracy
Facilitate HR training sessions and compliance audits
Coordinate employee communications and performance management Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ HR experience required
Relevant associate degree or higher preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired
Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
