About Us: Kibo Market is a bustling Grab and Go market dedicated to offering fresh Asian cuisine and delectable sushi to our customers. Located at Union Station, we take pride in providing high-quality, authentic flavors in a fast-paced environment.

Position Available: We are currently hiring experienced Sushi Bar or Kitchen staff to contribute to the success of our market.

Positions require availability starting from 7:00 AM.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sushi preparation and presentation




Strong knowledge of various American-style sushi types and techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Experience with prep work and maintaining kitchen organization
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in high-volume or sushi restaurants preferred
This position involves kitchen prep, stocking ingredients, and handling supplies.

Must be able to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced kitchen workplace. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$21.00 per hour
