Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Health & Safety Representative for a solar project in Eastern Ontario. You will leverage your strong knowledge of Ontario construction regulations to identify hazards and coach crews. This full time, site-based role combines field inspections and significant documentation to uphold safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site inspections covering various construction activities
Monitor compliance with Ontario health and safety regulations
Lead toolbox talks and job safety analyses




Oversee electrical safety and maintenance procedures
Manage incident investigations and report findings Requirements:
3+ years of construction health and safety experience
Knowledge of OHSA and electrical safety standards
Current Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications
Strong communication and documentation skills
