Wild Flour Pizza is a growing local pizza company built on crafting great sourdough pizza and delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. We’re expanding quickly, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

Our Abbotsford location is hiring a Manager who thrives in a high-paced environment, leads with positivity, and is excited about advancing within the hospitality industry. If you’re looking for a role with real development and long-term potential, this is it.

There is a structured 3-month training period before you’re expected to manage a shift independently, without the support of a senior manager.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise shifts of 5–10 team members with confidence and consistency
Execute opening and closing procedures to a high standard
Train, coach, and mentor junior staff with patience and empathy
Anticipate challenges during service and solve problems proactively
Take pride in executing high-quality food consistently in a quick-paced, craft-driven kitchen
Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Oversee kitchen operations, including equipment checks and general maintenance
Interact with guests in a warm, articulate, and friendly manner




Support management with ongoing improvements and operational consistency

Requirements
2+ years of leadership experience in a rapid-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
Pizza experience is an asset but not required — we will teach you our systems
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a desire to be part of a growing team
Interest in advancing your career in restaurant management
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Food Safe Level 1 and Occupational First Aid preferred, but not required
