This position requires setting up and operating production processes, solving production issues, and inspecting work using precision tools. You'll also be involved in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in operations, making this a vital role in our aerospace team. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC or manual grinding equipment
Troubleshoot production/process issues effectively
Inspect work with precision measuring devices
Record data accurately in production systems
Train other operators as needed Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Experience as Grinding Set Up Operator or related role
Robust problem-solving abilities in production
Capability to read and interpret production prints
Must pass security assessments and comply with ITAR Ensure quality and precision in aerospace manufacturing at Schaeffler Aerospace Canada.
