Your coaching and mentoring abilities will help inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You'll also manage daily cash reconciliation and store openings and closings on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities:
Support Store Manager in daily operational tasks
Coach staff to enhance customer service skills
Conduct cash reconciliation at start and end of the day
Open and close the store as scheduled
Ensure sales and service targets are achieved Requirements:
Proven experience in retail, preferably cosmetics
Solid customer service with a personal touch
Retail operations experience is a plus
Previous supervisory role is preferred
