Helpers is urgently hiring for Health Care Assistants who are compassionate and eager to support the elderly. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities and develop meaningful connections within their homes. Your commitment to care will improve the quality of life for seniors while allowing for qualified growth. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Monitor changes in clients' conditions
Aid in secure patient mobility and transfers
Offer emotional support and companionship Requirements:
Registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
Completion of a Health Care Assistant program
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Current TB test and background checks
