Responsibilities
Perform Russian and Slavic-style manicures and pedicures with precision, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations
Provide additional services such as body waxing to enhance the overall client experience
Engage with clients through active communication, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations after each service
Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and body treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly,
professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Assist in retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and promoting ongoing nail care routines
Qualifications
Proven experience in performing Russian or Slavic manicure and pedicure techniques
Knowledge of body waxing procedures and best practices for sanitation
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a quick-paced environment
Familiarity with nail care products, tools, and latest industry trends
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail items naturally during service consultations
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
Sufficient knowledge of English
