Your tasks will include addressing repair requests in guest rooms, restaurants, and meeting spaces. Additionally, you'll perform preventive maintenance and inspections, ensuring a comfortable setting for all. Key Responsibilities:
Complete repair requests in guest areas and facilities
Conduct daily inspections for safety and functionality
Maintain HVAC systems and perform basic electrical repairs
Monitor maintenance inventory and maintain logs
Assist with additional maintenance tasks as required Requirements:
Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Experience in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work is a plus
