What You’ll Do
Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
Manage the reservation system, waitlist, and seating flow to ensure balanced server stations.
Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and inform them of initial dining details or specials.
Answer phone calls to take reservations, address guest inquiries, and assist with takeout orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked host stand and entryway.
Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth service flow.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred (but willing to train the right attitude).




Strong communication skills and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
Ability to multitask, stay calm, and think fast in a high-volume, quick-paced workplace.
Experience with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms) is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
