In this newly created role, you’ll leverage your college diploma and relevant experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include managing the master database of employees, updating workforce management systems, and generating weekly schedules. Collaborate with management to manage planned and unplanned overtime as well as day-to-day adjustments in crewing displays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter layoffs, excusals, and planned overtime shifts
• Generate weekly crew schedules for production lines
• Maintain employee tracker and classification statuses
• Assess employee forecasts for scheduling adjustments
• Provide management with visibility on weekly schedules
Requirements:
• College diploma in relevant field
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated planning and organization abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
