We seek an experienced skilled to support our Foreperson and skilled highway maintenance crews. Your strong leadership skills and commitment to safety will ensure the proper maintenance of Alberta's Provincial Highways year-round. Expect diverse responsibilities from operating snowplow trucks to monitoring crew performance and conducting safety checks. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment as needed
- Maintain highways through crack sealing and pothole repairs
- Assist with daily safety toolbox meetings and inspections




- Support Foreperson in planning work to meet milestones
- Ensure health and safety concerns are promptly addressed Requirements:
- Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 license with air endorsement
- Supervisory experience in highway maintenance or related fields
- Snow plow operation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of highway maintenance specifications
