You'll manage cash receipts and enhance accounts receivable processes globally while protecting customer relationships. Manage global cash receipt postings efficiently
Execute targeted collection outreach with past-due accounts




Collaborate to resolve payment blockers and account disputes
Analyze account aging and payment trends for follow-ups
Support month-end close operations and account reconciliations Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B collections
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
Hands-on ERP/CRM experience (NetSuite, Salesforce)
Solid problem-solving and process improvement skills
