Combat and extinguish fires efficiently in emergencies
Perform rescue operations, including hazmat and first aid
Maintain cleanliness and service of fire stations and equipment
Conduct community fire safety inspections and education
Operate fire apparatus and manage emergency response Requirements:
Minimum Firefighter Level 2 Certificate (NFPA1001)
High school graduation and one year post-secondary education
Valid BC Class 3 Driver's License or higher
Physically fit to pass NFPA 1582 standards
