Are you a customer-focused Collections professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and helping customers find payment solutions? We're seeking a Collections Associate to join a team-oriented and supportive team for a 3-month contract opportunity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with collections or accounts receivable experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment and account issues.
Total rewards: $30.00 hourly

A typical day:



Contact customers regarding overdue balances through phone and email
Investigate reasons for non-payment and negotiate payment solutions
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications
Review customer accounts and monitor aging reports
Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues
Follow up on disputes to ensure timely resolution
Process and post customer payments, including credit card transactions
Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts while maintaining service standards
Successful candidates will have: Minimum 2 years of collections or accounts receivable experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualified and customer-focused approach
Ability to negotiate payment arrangements effectively
Experience managing customer accounts and outstanding balances
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
