As part of a temporary position , you will contribute to achieving the recruitment objectives of the centers and head office. Through a proactive approach and innovative strategies, you will build a pool of qualified candidates, fill vacant positions quickly, and help attract the best talent to Portage.
Your daily routine
Coordinate and participate in the various stages of the recruitment process for open positions;
Update job boards and social media platforms;
Conduct ongoing market research to implement initiatives that support talent attraction;
Propose innovative attraction and selection strategies, including sourcing and talent search activities;
Develop recruitment strategies tailored to different regions;
Work closely with colleagues and managers on recruitment-related activities;
Carry out special recruitment projects and perform other related duties as required.
Your experience
University or college diploma in a relevant field (business, marketing, communications, human resources, or another related discipline);
A minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment and/or executive search (headhunting);
Customer service-oriented;
Excellent written and professional communication skills, with the ability to prepare correspondence in both official languages (French and English);
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms;
High level of confidentiality, ethical standards, and empathy;
Positive understanding of the community sector and its realities;
Self-motivated, resourceful, and a strong team player.
Your schedule and your benefits
Job type: Temporary, full-time, 35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, starting as soon as possible
