We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper for Lais Hotel Properties Limited. This role requires exceptional service, supervisory skills, and a keen eye for detail in housekeeping and laundry functions. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and other team members to meet both financial and quality objectives while ensuring the property maintains its four-diamond standard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized guest service at every opportunity
• Supervise and direct housekeeping staff effectively
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and cleanliness throughout the property




• Manage staffing schedules to meet daily operational needs
• Prepare and maintain departmental budget objectives

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years in hospitality (housekeeping preferred)
• Entry to intermediate computer literacy required
• Safety training and supervisory training in employment legislation
• Solid communication skills and ability to adapt to change
• Experience in up-selling and sales in hospitality is an asset
