Make a difference as a Clinical Therapist with Kinark Child and Family Services in Simcoe, Ontario. This role focuses on individualized treatments for at-risk youth and families in both office and community settings.

As a vital member of a agile clinical program, you'll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing specific treatment plans. Therapeutic engagements with high-risk youth will be your priority, ensuring strategies adapt to changing client needs. Evening hours are required based on client schedules, providing flexibility and responsiveness to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments for clients
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans
• Formulate individualized treatment plans with the team




• Modify treatment strategies based on client status
• Provide evidenced-based interventions to achieve clinical outcomes

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Health-Related Discipline preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
• Registration with Ontario College of Social Workers or CRPO
• Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy considered an asset
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
