PocketHealth delivers a patient-centric platform enabling hospitals across North America to share imaging records securely. We’re seeking a bilingual Patient Experience Representative (Spanish) to support patients in their care journey, in a fast-paced startup setting and remote setting.
You will provide timely Spanish/English support by phone and email, help patients access health records, and relay feedback to Engineering and Management to shape the platform’s future.
