This involves working on large-scale internal initiatives that require a global vision of the company, as well as a solid understanding of the challenges and needs of various teams and stakeholders.Within the PMO team, your main mission will be to support the management of both internal and external projects, by optimizing the tools and processes used on a daily basis. You will support team coordination by contributing to the smooth execution of projects. Your role will involve supporting project managers in implementing straightforward processes and tailored tools, while assisting them as needed in specific contexts. You will also facilitate communication between teams and the tracking of expertise.Your support will be invaluable in reinforcing the organization, contributing to performance optimization, and facilitating the smooth running of each project—whether internal or external—at every stage of its lifecycle.
