Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on proper nutrition and promote healthy eating habits to improve patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of patients' nutritional needs
Develop personalized meal plans based on individual health requirements
Educate patients on nutrition, diet, and lifestyle choices
Monitor patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Keep accurate and updated records of patient consultations

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Dietetics

Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program

-Member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and proof of liability insurance

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary health care team
Experience in group facilitation and individual counselling
Superior leadership, organization,



research, evaluation, time management, communication and interpersonal skills

-Exhibit an ability to open and non-judgmental
