Thyme & Again is looking for a skilled and dependable Baker to join our bakery team full-time!

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with cakes, pastries and a variety of baked goods, takes pride in the quality of their work, and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on kitchen workplace.

What you'll be doing:
Preparing, baking and finishing cakes, pastries and other bakery products
Supporting cake production, assembly, fillings, icings and decorating
Following recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality
Managing daily production priorities and meeting deadlines
Maintaining a clean, organized and food-protected workspace
Working closely with our bakery team to support daily operations and special orders

What we're looking for:
Previous skilled baking or pastry experience
Experience with cakes, fillings,



icings and decorating is an asset
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Valuable time management and ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
A positive, dependable and team-oriented approach
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Position details:
Full-time, on-site position in Ottawa
Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Compensation: $18.50–$21.00 an hour
