Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated General Hotel Assistant to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance at all times
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
Assist with guest services such as luggage handling, room requests, and providing local information
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Support other hotel departments as needed, including coordinating reservations and assisting with special events




Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, proactive attitude
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Robust phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to handle guest requests professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of basic computer applications and reservation systems is advantageous
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
