Manpower is recruiting a licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic for its client, Purolator, in Pickering, Ontario.
Pay: $49.45 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Inspect, service, diagnose, and repair delivery vehicles and related mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Document work orders, order and install parts, maintain parts inventory, and coordinate preventative maintenance.
Identify quality-control issues and determine repair options, including whether parts can be rebuilt or repaired.
Provide emergency roadside service and coordinate towing when vehicles cannot be repaired on site.
Qualifications
Automotive Service Technician 310T trade certification.
At least five years of experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive equipment.
Class G driver's licence with a clean driving history; a transparent criminal history is also required.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace.
