We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our agile cleaning team. Duties
Working as part of a team:
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure optimal cleanliness
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established protocols
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in restrooms and break areas
Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to management
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to meet cleanliness standards consistently
Qualifications
Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial settings
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated shifts
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies throughout the shift
Nice-to-have: experience with commercial cleaning services or certifications related to custodial work
