We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Must have at least 1 years of Trucking industry experience
Duties
Utilize phone systems to coordinate logistics and communicate with drivers
Analyze shipping and receiving schedules to optimize efficiency
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to facilitate shipments
Utilize Expert and Go motive systems for tracking and data entry
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Skills
Experience in freight dispatching or related field
Knowledge of supply chain operations
Proficiency in data entry and using various software systems
Solid communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,763.09-$76,365.87 per year
