Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling specials when appropriate.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area, following proper sanitation and food safety protocols.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing friendly guest service.
Assist in food preparation or setup when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and sanitation practices.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit,



responding promptly to any concerns or special requests to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food industry standards to effectively answer questions and promote menu items.

Experience
Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
Experience in food handling, sanitation, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing.
Background in hospitality or the food industry helps in delivering excellent guest services and upselling prospects.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and kitchen operations is beneficial.
