Join our energetic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial builds, using your hands-on skills and enthusiasm. As a Construction Laborer, you’ll support skilled tradespeople by preparing sites, handling materials, and assisting with various construction tasks.

This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in the construction industry while contributing to exciting projects every day.

Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
Operate heavy equipment and machinery as trained and authorized to move materials or prepare foundations
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure durable structures
Install drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets,



and other interior finishes with precision
Support carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and painting tasks as needed on various projects

Requirements
Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as drywall installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, or electrical work is a plus
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous but not mandatory
