We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Support food service staff by providing clean dishes for service and clearing used items from tables or stations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Adhere to all sanitation policies and procedures to uphold health regulations
Assist in other kitchen duties such as restocking supplies or assisting with food prep during busy periods
Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning, food handling, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced workplace
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
Experience in hospitality, food service, or hotel settings is advantageous but not essential
