Three Mile Corner Construction Inc. (3MC Construction) is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team.

This position involves a variety of construction and concrete-related work, including site preparation, forming, foundations, walls, flatwork, material handling, and general jobsite support.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, works well as part of a crew, and is willing to learn. Previous construction or concrete experience is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Assist with concrete forming, placing, and finishing
Assist with foundations, walls, floors, pads, and other concrete work
Prepare jobsites for construction and concrete placement
Load, unload, and move tools and materials
Assist with reinforcing steel and other construction materials
Operate hand tools and power tools as required
Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
Assist experienced crew members and take direction from supervisors
Perform other general construction duties as required

Qualifications
Previous construction or concrete experience is an asset
Flatwork, forming, foundation, or wall experience is considered an asset




Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others
Comfortable performing physically demanding work
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred

Hours This is a full time position, typically averaging approximately 44–50 hours per week, depending on workload, project schedules, and weather conditions.

Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable Ontario employment standards.

Compensation

$24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
