Key Responsibilities
Record residents' vital signs and health statuses daily
Assist in assessing and updating individual care plans
Document and report any changes in residents' conditions
Ensure adherence to infection control practices
Work closely with cognitively impaired residents
Requirements:
Current competence certificate from an Approved Institution
Registered or eligible with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience in long-term care preferred
Robust listening and communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
