Conduct resident assessments and update care plans
Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care coordination
Respond to medical emergencies, providing first aid
Facilitate family education and involvement in care Requirements:
Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Experience in long-term care preferred
Solid communication and critical thinking skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
