This is a full-time position for an experienced veterinary receptionist (CSR).
Position Details
Wage: $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience
Start date: as soon as possible
Schedule: 4 day work weeks, some evenings expected.
What You Will Do
Greet clients and their pets warmly and check them in and out
Answer phones, emails and online requests, and book appointments
Process payments, invoices and estimates
Keep client and patient records accurate and up to date
Help keep the reception area clean, organized and welcoming
Assist in handling animals safely and compassionately
Prepare and maintain examination rooms and equipment
What We Are Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organization and the ability to multitask in a busy setting
Comfort with computers and practice management software
A compassionate, positive attitude and a love of animals
Previous veterinary or reception experience is a strong asset
