Looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team full time. Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5:30pm, and Friday 8 am to 4 pm. We are closed during weekends and holidays.

Duties
Warmly and professionally greet clients

-Manage schedule

-Process payment and submit claims to Trupanion

-Triage client concerns with help from veterinarians and technicians

-Maintain a tidy work environment and front lobby The ideal candidate would be able to multitask, have excellent attention to detail, comfortable working independently but also works well in a team, experience using Avimark, basic knowledge of feline and canine flea and tick prevention and vaccines. Previous veterinary experience is an asset, but not required.

French language not essential but considered an asset. English language mandatory.
