Dollarama in Kelowna, BC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty in the store manager’s absence and help lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
The role requires at least two years of retail experience with supervisory responsibility, solid leadership and communication skills, and open availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
