As a key face of ECCO Supply, you will interact with customers at the sales counter, by phone, and through email. Your role involves assisting customers with order processing, providing product education, and utilizing robust sales techniques to increase average order sizes. You’ll also ensure the sales area is organized and maintain an updated sales database.

• Assist customers at the counter and on multiple channels
• Process orders, quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education is an asset
