Grainger Canada is seeking a Field Operations Associate to join our hybrid KeepStock/Branch team. You will own the customer experience, handle order entry, pick product, and safely load customer vehicles, balancing branch sales with field service responsibilities.
You have 1+ years in retail or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and an HS diploma. You will travel to customer sites as needed, learning rapid, communicating clearly, and solving problems to exceed customer expectations.
