Highway Company Driver (Dry Van) – Laidlaw Carriers Van About the Role Laidlaw Carriers Van is seeking experienced Class 1 Highway Company Drivers for NL. You will haul freight throughout the Island and occasionally to NB.
We are looking for professional drivers committed to safety, reliability, and robust communication.
Location Location: NL (island). Drivers can live close to Trans-Canada Hwy.
Job Type: Full-time Class 1 Driver
Responsibilities Haul freight throughout NL.
Follow all safety, compliance, and cross-border regulations
Complete dispatch-assigned work efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
Requirements Valid Class 1 Licence
Minimum 2 years of verified Class 1 driving experience
Clean Driver’s Abstract
Clean criminal record check (required for cross-border travel)
