TNC True North Consultancy Ltd. is the leading immigration consultancy company in the Lower Mainland. We are looking for professional, energetic, and experienced staff at the moment.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive communicator to support our clients after they retain our services. You’ll help clients feel informed and supported while coordinating with our case managers to keep follow-ups on track.

Position: Client Care Coordinator

Wage: Minimum wage or based on experience

Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience required in the same field.

Education Requirement: Minimum High School

Key Responsibilities
Call newly retained clients to welcome them and explain the next steps.
Follow up on outstanding documents, information, and client requests.
Respond to calls and emails professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with case managers to provide timely updates.
Track follow-ups, deadlines, and pending tasks in our client management system.




Identify client concerns and bring urgent matters to the appropriate team member.
Maintain transparent records of conversations and actions taken.
Check in with clients throughout the process to ensure their questions and concerns are addressed.

A patient, professional, and empathetic approach.
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and take ownership of tasks.
Previous experience in client support, administration, or an immigration office is an asset.
